| 1:1 Personal Training (60 mins) | £60 per session |
| Block of 10 (1:1) | £550 |
| Partner Training (60 mins) | £70 per session - £650 for 10 sessions |
| 45 Minute Sessions (Block of 5) | 1:1 £275- 2 people £260 |
| Terms | Block sessions are valid for 90 days. Please provide 24 hours'notice for cancellations. |
About Me
Being fit and healthy is my passion, which is why I’ve been a personal trainer for over 17 years. I enjoy sharing my motivation, dedication and enthusiasm with others and I am truly dedicated to working with people to achieve their goals and help change their attitude towards their health.
Everyone leads busy lives and it’s easy to forget that we can all benefit from making our health and fitness a priority in order to cope with all the day to day demands, stresses and activities that put a strain on our bodies.
My whole ethos is based on not just looking great on the outside but also feeling good on the inside. This can be achieved through exercise, nutrition and good sleep – these always work together!
I enjoy working with people of all abilities and my personal training experience has seen me succeed with all levels of fitness, age, weight and size.
I teach across the widely respected “Premier Diploma”, which includes Fitness Training, Advanced Personal Training and Nutrition.
