Single hourly one-to-one session | £49 per session |
Block of 5 hourly one-to-one sessions | £230 Recommended if also participating in another training place, e.g. member of a gym, taking part in classes, or my outdoor fitness group sessions. |
Block of 10 hourly one-to-one sessions | £405 Good purchase if training with me more than once a week, for fast results. |
Single hourly group session (2 people) | £71 per session |
Block of 10 hourly group sessions (2 people) | £660 Ideal when you like to train with a friend on a regular basis, rather than exercising alone, whilst having a catch up at the same time! |
Block of 10 short (45 min) group sessions (2‑4 people) | £470 (£11.75 each per session) Catch up with your friends on a regular basis, working hard in a shorter amount of time. |
Gift Voucher | £260 (block of 6 hourly one-to-one sessions) Great gift for a friend/relative/work colleague – it can help to get them started, motivate and encourage them. Alternatively, if already in an exercise program, it can help with further progress and goal setting. |
Shorter sessions | 5 x 45 mins: £195 10 x 45 mins: £370 5 x 30 mins: £155 10 x 30 mins: £290 Leading a busy life, but need to find the time for exercise for health and well being? Maybe you’re just starting an exercise program, or only have time for a short hardcore blast – these sessions could be for you! |
Terms and conditions | All block bookings to be paid in advance. Sessions need to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. All block bookings taken are NON REFUNDABLE. |



About Me
Being fit and healthy is my passion, which is why I’ve been a personal trainer for over 17 years. I enjoy sharing my motivation, dedication and enthusiasm with others and I am truly dedicated to working with people to achieve their goals and help change their attitude towards their health.
Everyone leads busy lives and it’s easy to forget that we can all benefit from making our health and fitness a priority in order to cope with all the day to day demands, stresses and activities that put a strain on our bodies.
My whole ethos is based on not just looking great on the outside but also feeling good on the inside. This can be achieved through exercise, nutrition and good sleep – these always work together!
I enjoy working with people of all abilities and my personal training experience has seen me succeed with all levels of fitness, age, weight and size.
I teach across the widely respected “Premier Diploma”, which includes Fitness Training, Advanced Personal Training and Nutrition.
